The voices are a bit quiet at times, but overall I think it turned out great. Here's the links to the two parts of it on YouTube. I'll try to get the higher quality site one up this week.

It was announced yesterday that EB Games and Gamestop will be taking pre-orders for Nintendo Wii on Friday the 13th. It will cost $50 for preorders. First come, first serve.

It Highly suggested that you get over there as quickly as possible as they're sure to go quickly.

The blog you’ll be reading today isn’t about games so much as it is about my studio. Blood Dove Studios is an independent, non-profiting film production studio. Now when I say studio I mean I have a camera I bought from the money I made while selling ice cream, and I have a computer I got as a Christmas gift. The studio is basically run straight out of my own mind.

I myself directed all but one of the films created under the Blood Dove Studios title. Right now they all aren’t too long, just a few minutes. The one film I was trying to make that was nearly an hour in length lost interest by the cast & crew. The projects I’m currently working on are Western, which is an ongoing series with episodes that may be produced at any given time, and a new project entitled Unforgotten Reverie. Right now the latter is in a sort of pre-production phase and the script has just recently gotten started.

Unforgotten Reverie is a movie that I’m planning will take Blood Dove Studios into a completely new direction. This film’s predecessors were all relatively short, somewhat comedic films. This one however will be an estimated 20 minutes long and has a deeply serious plot about a man who suffers mentally because of the loss of the girl he loved, who in fact killed herself.

TF and I are the only two on this forum who dabble in film production and I feel that our works are under-appreciated. Saying under-appreciated points to that I want undeserved credit, which isn’t what I want. I feel though that we are under-appreciated because no one realizes all the work we have to go through. One of the most challenging things I’ve ever done is make a movie. The work that goes behind even the worst films is unbelievable for independent filmmakers. I say independents because studios like Warner bros. and Fox Film Corporation have people paid to do every last little thing. Independent filmmakers have to make everything from scratch and specialize themselves in practically everything. Here is the list of Jobs an independent filmmaker has, and these are the same jobs that are done by individuals in regular film studios:

Actor · Art director · Assistant director · Best boy
Boom operator · Camera operator · Cinematographer
Clapper loader · Color grader · Costume design · Dialogue editor
Dolly grip · Executive producer · Film director
Film editor · Film producer · Focus puller · Foley artist
Gaffer · Grip · Key grip · Lighting technician · Line producer
Location manager · Production assistant · Production designer
Production sound mixer · Property master · Script supervisor
Set decorator · Sound designer · Sound editor · Utility sound technician

I don’t know about TF but for every movie I direct, act, edit, choreograph, do camera work, lighting work, costume work, ect. There’s just so much that is involved in making a movie but that’s why I love it. I don’t know how well I’ll do in the business but I’m going to get moving into it head first and hope there isn’t a brick wall in my path. Damnit.
